  Return Window :  7 days from the date of delivery.  
 

   We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, here's how to proceed:
 

• Eligibility :  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Process : To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at flafrisko@gmail.com   with your order details and You will need to make a video while opening the package as proof that you received the wrong product.
• Refunds :Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.
• Exchanges :If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
